RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your Leyla Maya purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

  • Full Refunds: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Credit Notes: Items returned between 15 and 21 days are eligible for a credit note.
  • Late Returns: Items received after 21 days will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS:

  • All items must be returned unworn, in original condition and packaging, with all labels and hygiene strips intact.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
  • We cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
  • We cannot accept returns of earrings.

HOW TO RETURN:

  • Please email info@leylamaya.co.uk with your order number, order email and your reason for returns.
  • You can find your order number on your confirmation email. 

LATE RETURNS

If you cannot return your item within 14 days, please contact us at info@leylamaya.co.uk as soon as possible.

UK RETURNS

  • Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund. Duties, taxes, or original  shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • Please retain proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items without proof.

EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • We do not offer free returns for European or international orders.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please choose a secure, tracked service for returns.
  • Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receiving your order.

  • For international returns, clearly mark the package as ‘British Commercial Returns’ to avoid unnecessary customs fees.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are subject to our return conditions

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Swimwear: Must have hygiene strips intact and be returned in original packaging (including ziplock bag).
  • Clothing, Bags & Hats: Must be unworn, with original labels and packaging.
  • Jewellery: Must be unworn and returned in the original pouch and packaging.
  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
  • Items returned in unsellable condition (damaged, soiled, or worn) will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Customer Responsibility

  • Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Leyla Maya Ltd.
  • Ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately.

  • Items are considered faulty if they are damaged upon arrival or if a manufacturing defect appears within six months of purchase.
  • Faults resulting from wear and tear are not classified as faulty.
